The Producer

Gene R. Wilde has a Ph.D. in Zoology and is a member of the fisheries faculty at Texas Tech University, in Lubbock, Texas. He is a certified fishery scientist and a recognized expert in the conservation and management of freshwater fishes. Gene has published over 60 articles in scientific journals and is the author or coauthor of over 120 professional presentations.

Gene will travel to Australia in October 2006 to produce and direct a PUPFISH MEDIA documentary on conservation of barramundi.
